- What if my credit is too low for a mortgage?
We have solutions for you! You will need:
- A down payment of at least 5% of purchase price
- Pre-approval by an approved lender that shows you are on track to getting a mortgage in the future
- Regular income that can pay your monthly home expenses

- Do I HAVE to have a down payment?
Yes! If you are planning to purchase a home through us on a land contract or rent to own, you will need at least 5% down. However, if you qualify for a mortgage, your lender might NOT require a down payment depending on the type of loan they offer you.
